As a qualified Union Learning Rep (ULR) I can chat to you in total confidence about any ideas for learning – languages for your holidays; learn to send emails to your grandchildren; follow up on that postgraduate qualification you always talked about; hone your maths and English skills… 

Over the past three years I have achieved qualifications including:

• ITQ level 2
• Information, Advice & Guidance level 3
• Dyslexia awareness
• Literacy level 2
• Adult learner support level 2

All of which enable me to help and support you in anything you wish to discuss with me regarding learning.

We run courses on site, or we can arrange for you to learn somewhere more suitable for your work patterns (and life patterns!).
